For the past two weeks, we have been hard at work writing, editing and revising our writing in preparation for our next publishing celebration. Today was the day!! Miss Bird's class met us down in the Hub, we read around the circle, shared our writing with our friends and then came back to the classroom for a celebratory toast and a cookie. Take a look at some of our pictures... Well our trip to the Playhouse was FANTASTIC!! The Eric Carle production of A Brown Bear, A Moon and A Caterpillar was very well done and super engaging! Don't forget to ask your child all about it when you see them tonight. While, we couldn't take any pictures of the play while it was being performed, we were able to get some while on the bus, in front of the Playhouse, while we were waiting for the play to start and during the Question and Answer after it finished. Enjoy! I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who helped make out student-led conferences such a wonderful success! The children were all very excited and thrilled to be the 'leaders' and show you what they have been learning this year. You are always welcome in our classroom, but it's these times with just you and your child that are truly special. Feel free to browse our pictures below... It is omost my Dad’s birthday.
