We started out discussing our Purpose, Research and Hypothesis and then got down to the actual experiment and testing our hypothesis...the baking itself!
2 cups of softened ice cream (we used vanilla, but any flavor would work depending on what flavor of bread you want)
1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour (you can get this at Walmart and it must be SELF-RISING)
1. Stir the softened ice cream in a bowl until it's smooth and creamy like DQ soft serve.
2. Add the flour and stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Bake in a loaf pan for approximately 45 minutes
